Services for foreign nationals and Haitian residents

If you live in the Dominican Republic and your documents come from another country, the problem is rarely the paperwork: it is that nobody explains to you, in your own language, what is being asked of you. At MASSENAT CONSULTING GROUP we serve you in Haitian Creole, French, English or Spanish, we look through your papers and we tell you — before charging you anything — what each institution needs.

How we help

  • Certified translation of your documents — which arrive in French if they are Haitian — for the JCE, Migration, universities, banks and consulates.
  • Legalisation and apostille of Dominican and foreign documents at the MIREX.
  • Preparation of files for residence, renewal, regularisation and naturalisation.
  • Certificates and attestations: application, transcription and follow-up at the relevant offices.
  • Letters and statements in formal Spanish, on letterhead and with a verifiable signature.
  • Accompaniment on the day of your appointment, when someone is needed to interpret.

We speak your language

We serve clients in Haitian Creole and French at the office, by phone and on WhatsApp. Haitian documents are almost always in French — that is how the Archives Nationales and the schools issue them — and the passport is bilingual, in Creole and French: we work with both every day.

Why files get rejected

Of the files that reach us already rejected, the cause is usually one of four: an uncertified translation, a name spelled differently on two documents, a missing apostille, or an illegible copy. All four are avoided by reviewing the whole file before submitting it — which is exactly what we do.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need regular status to be seen?

No. We treat you the same way and explain what options you have given your situation and your documents. What we will never do is promise you a result that depends on an institution.

Can you come with me to the Migration office?

We offer accompaniment and interpreting for appointments and file submissions. It is arranged in advance, according to the date of your appointment.

How much does it cost to have my papers reviewed?

The first review and the quotation are free. You then decide whether you want us to do the work.

Write to us in Creole, French or Spanish and we will tell you what your case needs.
