Visas and application files
We prepare the file you take to the consulate: the forms, the letters, the translations, the apostilles and the supporting evidence each destination requires, arranged the way they ask for it. We do not issue visas and we cannot promise you will be approved — that is the consulate’s decision — but we can stop your application from failing over a badly prepared document.
Destinations we work with
The United States, Canada, Spain and the Schengen area, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico and Panama, among others. Every consulate has its own list of requirements and its own form; we work on the one that matches your case and your visa type.
What the preparation includes
- A review of your case and a concrete document list, not a generic one.
- Completion of official forms and booking of the appointment.
- Employment letter, invitation letter and supporting letters, drafted on our letterhead.
- Certified translations of the documents that need them.
- Apostille or legalisation of the documents to be used abroad.
- Final ordering of the file and a run-through before the interview.
What we do not do
We do not sell appointments, we do not guarantee approvals and we do not submit false documents. Anyone offering you that is costing you your visa and your record. Our job is to make sure your file is truthful, complete and well presented.
Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee the visa?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. The decision belongs to the consulate. What we guarantee is that your file is complete, translated and ordered according to the published requirements.
Do you work with Haitian nationals living in the Dominican Republic?
Yes. It is a large part of what we do: their documents arrive in French and often need certified translation and an apostille before they can be submitted.
How much does preparing a visa file cost?
It depends on the destination and on how many documents have to be translated or apostilled. We review your case and give you a fixed quotation before we start.
Tell us which country you are travelling to and what documents you have; we will tell you what is missing.
