Yes. Our legal translations are produced and signed by certified judicial translators and interpreters, and carry a legal signature, a professional stamp and a registrable verification code. They are fully valid before embassies, consulates, courts, ministries and academic institutions, both national and international.

We work between Spanish, French, English, Haitian Creole (Kreyòl), Italian, Portuguese and German, specialising in birth, marriage and death certificates, court rulings, academic records and notarial powers of attorney.

You can request the service from our online catalogue or ask for a quotation by uploading clear photographs or PDF scans. You can also bring the paper documents to our office if you prefer.

We handle legalisations, apostilles (MIREX), consular certifications, recognition of foreign degrees, employment letters, immigration files, extracts of civil records and the drafting of sworn statements.

Yes. MASSENAT CONSULTING GROUP S.R.L. is a duly incorporated company with an RNC and issues invoices with tax value (NCF) for businesses, as well as the receipts required by the DGII.

Every document or translation we issue carries a unique alphanumeric code and a QR code. By scanning the QR code or entering the number on our verification page (/verify), any recipient — an embassy, a company, an institution — can confirm its authenticity and status instantly.

Times vary with the volume and type of document: standard translations of 1 to 3 pages are usually completed within 24 to 48 working hours. For institutional procedures or apostilles, the timescale depends on the official body involved.
