The Haitian passport is the only Haitian document issued in two languages: its fields are labelled in Creole (PASPÒ) and in French (PASSEPORT). We translate it into Spanish as a side-by-side table, field by field — surname, given names, nationality, date and place of birth, sex, issuing authority, dates of issue and expiry — and certify it with signature, stamp and verification code.
