1. General information

This website and the services offered on it are operated by MASSENAT CONSULTING GROUP S.R.L., a company duly incorporated in the Dominican Republic with its principal office at Carretera Mella Km. 26, El Toro de Guerra, Pasinín entrance, Santo Domingo Este. We provide strategic and business consulting services, including official certified translation, handling of document procedures, technology solutions, software development, marketing and corporate advice.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing, browsing or using this website, requesting a quotation or engaging any of our services, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, you must refrain from using the platform.

3. Use of the website

The user undertakes to use the platform lawfully, diligently and in good faith. It is strictly forbidden to use the site to upload fraudulent content, introduce viruses or malicious code, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to breach the security of our servers and files.

4. Service requests

Requests sent through our portal, contact form or official channels are service requests which will be assessed by our technical and administrative team. Each request generates a unique reference number for continuous tracking within our system.

5. Quotations and prices

Quotations issued by MASSENAT CONSULTING GROUP are valid for fifteen (15) calendar days from their date of issue, unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in Dominican pesos (DOP) or United States dollars (USD) as applicable and include the relevant taxes where indicated.

6. Payments and payment methods

Work begins once the agreed advance payment has been made (usually a 50% deposit, or 100% for immediate digital services). We accept local bank transfers, deposits and authorised electronic payment gateways. Final delivery of the work or certified document is subject to settlement of the full outstanding balance.

7. Documents and files supplied

The client warrants that they are the lawful owner of the documents, certificates and records uploaded to the platform, or that they hold the necessary authorisation to provide them. MASSENAT CONSULTING GROUP accepts no responsibility for the intrinsic authenticity or truthfulness of the content of the original document supplied by the client.

8. Official and certified translation services

Our certified translations are carried out by duly sworn and authorised judicial translators. Each document carries the company stamp, an authorised signature, an archive reference and an online validation QR code, so its accuracy and integrity can be checked at any time.

9. Intellectual property

All website content — logos, trade marks, designs, source code, platforms and interfaces — is the exclusive property of MASSENAT CONSULTING GROUP S.R.L. and is protected by industrial property and copyright law.

10. Limitation of liability

MASSENAT CONSULTING GROUP shall be liable only for proven direct damage attributable to gross negligence in performing the contracted service, up to a maximum equal to the amount actually paid by the client for that service.

11. Third-party services and integrations

For consular, governmental or notarial procedures involving outside bodies, MASSENAT CONSULTING GROUP acts as an agent and facilitator, without guaranteeing their response times or the sovereign decisions of those public institutions.

12. Cancellations and refunds

If the client cancels a service before its technical execution or translation has begun, they are entitled to a refund less the administrative costs incurred (15%). Once the translation or document work has started, full refunds are not available.

13. Suspension of services

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse services where there are reasonable indications of document forgery, abusive conduct towards our staff, or failure to meet payment obligations.

14. Changes to these terms

MASSENAT CONSULTING GROUP reserves the right to update and amend these terms from time to time. Amendments take effect once published on the website, with the corresponding version and date update.
