Our office in Santo Domingo Este

We see clients in person in Santo Domingo Este, at Carretera Mella Km. 26, El Toro de Guerra, Pasinín entrance. You can come without an appointment during office hours: bring the document, we look at it there and then, and we tell you what is needed and what it costs.

Opening hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
• Sunday and public holidays: closed. The client portal and online verification work around the clock.

How to find us

We are on the Carretera Mella, at kilometre 26, in the El Toro de Guerra area, entering through Pasinín. By public transport, any vehicle heading up the Mella will drop you at the entrance; by car, there is parking in front of the office.

If you cannot come in person

Almost everything can be handled remotely: send a photograph of the document on WhatsApp, we quote, you pay online or by transfer, and we deliver the finished document digitally and on paper. Clients living outside Greater Santo Domingo — or outside the country — work with us this way every day.
