Paperwork, apostilles and legalisations
We deal with the Dominican institutions for the paperwork you have no time — or no way — to handle yourself: apostilles and legalisations at the MIREX, certificates and transcriptions at the Junta Central Electoral, ministry certifications, notarial legalisations and consular submissions. You hand us the document; we stand in the queues, fix what is missing and give you back a file that is ready.
What we handle
- Hague apostille at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MIREX), for documents to be used abroad.
- Consular legalisation when the destination country does not accept an apostille.
- JCE certificates: application, transcription, full copy and correction of details.
- Ministry certifications and other public bodies.
- Legalisation of signatures and notarial acts.
- Recognition of foreign degrees at the MESCyT.
How a case works with us
- We review the document and tell you whether it meets the requirements, or what it is missing.
- We give you the total cost in writing: our fee and the official charges, listed separately.
- We file it and follow it up; you see the progress from your client portal.
- We hand you the finished document, with a receipt you can verify online.
Frequently asked questions
How long does an apostille take?
The turnaround is set by the MIREX and varies with their workload and the type of document. When we quote, we give you the time frame in force that week, not a generic estimate, and we tell you if it changes.
Does the price include government fees?
We show them separately: our fee for handling the case and the official charge made by the institution. That way you know exactly what you are paying, and to whom.
Can I do the paperwork myself?
Of course, and we will say so when it is straightforward. Hiring us makes sense when the file needs translation, when you have been turned away before, when you live far away, or when you cannot lose working days standing in a queue.
Tell us which document needs an apostille or a legalisation and we will quote today.
